About Us

Next Level was founded in 2016 by Danny O'Connell to be at the forefront of employer and individual needs in the insurance market.  Danny began his career in 2001 in the financial services industry and after getting his MBA he focused on working with companies to address their health insurance & employee benefit needs.
After 10 years of working in the industry, Danny saw tremendous opportunity to affect major changes in how employers purchase their health insurance.  Creative problem solving has always been a cornerstone belief of Danny and seeing opportunity Next Level was born.  The agency offers innovative group and individual health plan designs, employer support as well as HR technology solutions.  We design and deliver solutions that help you manage risk, optimize benefits with the objective of  strengthening your business.  We feel that the right benefits mix in the workplace has a direct impact on overall employee health and satisfaction.

Next Level commits itself to finding ways to limit your risks, manage your plans and control your costs.  Our commitment to our clients does not stop with the delivery of a good, rather we recognize the lack of proactive strategic planning and we believe this is another value that sets us apart.
Any benefits broker can write your health insurance policy, but Next Level strives to be in your corner in business, looking ahead to strategize and make benefits choices that make sense for your business.  We do not want to “react” by making employers charge employees more or changing plan designs.  We believe in a holistic approach to control costs, deliver exceptional benefits and address the issues where they exist instead of “stripping away” valuable features.

Danny O'Connell is a proud recipient of NAIFA's Quality Award for exceptional client service, professional education and industry volunteerism as well as MDRT's Top  of the Table, for the highest tier of production.*
